• You retain all ownership rights to the 3D assets and content you generate using our Service.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GenAI XR Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
